Terms & Conditions

1. Order Processing Time – Orders take 7 to 10 working days to be completed.
2. Alterations – Customers can request size and length adjustments within 2 days of receiving the abaya.
3. No Exchanges for Accurate Orders – If the abaya matches the agreed-upon size and specifications, it cannot be exchanged.
4. Paid Fixing for Customer Errors – If the issue is not from our side and you request a fix, you will be responsible for alteration and delivery charges.
5. Product Misuse – We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use or handling of the abaya.
6. No Returns on Custom Orders – Custom-made abayas cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Order Cancellation – Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
8. Payment & Deposits – A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment must be made before delivery.
9. Website Orders – All orders placed through the website require full payment at checkout and are non-refundable.
